Friday, April 26, 2013 - The nose is straight classic Burgundy, red fruits, touch of oak and so on. The palate needs a bid of time to develop, it has a hard layer of tannin that strikes on impact. A touch bitter on the finish too. Still good red fruit, firm wine, full of life but just the bitterness of the tannin at this stage take a lot away. 89 at best and maybe time will help here.
