Friday, September 11, 2015 - Light yellow. Closed just after opening. Aerated 1.5 t in decanter. Opens more in the glass with floral scents, citrus fruits, lemon zest, red apples, herbs, nuts and flint. Sublime fruit. Remarkably fresh and seductive in the mouth with red apples and citrus fruits. Creamy with a precise acidity that bears the fruit to an incredible length. Nicely integrated oak, hazelnuts, butter and scents of honey. Complex and concentrated without being to heavy. Balanced and an impressive depth. This is purely and simply delicious. An incredibly elegant and great wine.
