Wednesday, April 22, 2009 - Fresh melon, pear, green apple fruit....crisp and steely, lemon/lime citrus acid, salt stone. Nice balance of lemon/mineral/honey spice...with just a touch of creamy oak. Nice spice on the finish, though a little short. I could drink this everyday.....
