Sunday, July 26, 2009 - Very pale straw in colour with shy aromatics that slowly open and evolve with air to show citrus fruits, guava, herbs, seawater and rocks. Very light, bone dry and precise in the mouth with flavours of cucumber, lime and guava lifted by bright acidity and a intense stony mineral character underneath. Finishes long and refreshing, lovely wine.
