  • Still quite green. Nice bright lemony flavours. Hasn't moved far in 5 years. 10% alc makes this very drinkable indeed.

  • A very fresh nose of black currant leaves, nettle, lime, gooseberry and green apples. Some mineral notes and a hint of wool.
Dry - with some residual sugar - crispy and fresh. Aromatically the palate follows the nose. Nice bitterness and minerality show up. Since the wine is dry and the alcohol is substantially low (10.0%), the effect is very refreshing and lean.

I had this while watching a movie and was munching away some carrot sticks with Bulgarian yoghurt and habañero sauce. The wine went surprisingly (the expectations were low) well with them. Yes, I did let my taste buds have a go with the wine before the habañero attack. Will buy again.

  • This is a good-quality, refreshing wine with green apple, honey melon, lime, citrus and a strong hint of black currant à la "sauvingon blanc". The nice mix of acidity and low alcohol together with a typical semillon flavour make this in my opinion a good-value white wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with greek salad, white fish, etc. This is the opposite of oaked chardonnay...

  • Very pale straw in colour with shy aromatics that slowly open and evolve with air to show citrus fruits, guava, herbs, seawater and rocks. Very light, bone dry and precise in the mouth with flavours of cucumber, lime and guava lifted by bright acidity and a intense stony mineral character underneath. Finishes long and refreshing, lovely wine.
