Thursday, October 16, 2014 - Enjoyed after a big CA Cab so nothing formal except that the Viognier aromatics lift this red up and your senses take notice. At this stage in perfect balance. Not the massive fruit when young that was in conflict with the tannins. Can drink alone but is at a perfect point to pair with food. Have one more left and cant wait to make this bottle the showcase.
