Thursday, January 17, 2019 - Brought to Max's for dinner with job candidate. This bottle was really nice. Very well balanced with fruit, earth, spice, and acidity. Medium weight and food-friendly. No heat noticeable. This was so much better than what I remember tasting by Coravin from one of these bottles a few years ago. No hurry on these, but they are in a nice drinking window.
