Thursday, June 1, 2023 - Scents of roasted herbs of Provence and bay leaf with a generous soaking of sweet lavender oils. Flavors of black figs, dried plums and raisins, Moroccan spices and tea leaves, fresh tobacco, and a lengthy licorice finish. Slightly smokey and woodsy. This is a massive wine and just now entering peak maturity.
