Wednesday, February 28, 2024 - Drinking well tonight after an hour or so of air with lots of dark red and black fruit and garrique. Deep and rich with some stewy nuances that have yet to turn the corner to unpleasant. To my tastes, this is fully mature and is at the tail end of its sweet spot.
