Sunday, January 22, 2012 - I opened this with friends on 1/22/12. It was surprisingly feminine with an elegant, focused bouquet of kirsch, anise, baking spice, white pepper, lavender and mineral aromas. The palate was smooth, dense, elegant and dry with flavors of kirsch, anise, baking spice and minerals. 92+
