Thursday, March 3, 2011 - Popped and poured. Ruby with pink coloured edges. Sour cherries, spices and burnt wood. Smooth, with a dry and slightly acidic finish. A bit too oaky for my palate, but still OK. I tasted this without food, but it would probably have fared better accompanying a simple pasta dish.
