Sunday, July 6, 2014 - Bottle PnP and consumed over an hour. Surprisingly this doesn't taste like a typical Chianti in my opinion, but I guess due to riper vintage? Dark violet color with slight brownish, taste very mouthful, cherry, plum, minerals. I think its very ready to drink now, doesn't required food like a typical Chianti. Sad to only have 1 bottle.
