Saturday, January 9, 2016 - Would say this bottle has matured since my last tasting, 6 years ago... Lots of dried honey dried pineapple and nector driving this flavor profile. Served with fresh home made apple pie a la mode, and some loved it, some didn't like it at all. Very polarized bottle for a wine party night.
