Monday, April 25, 2011 - Excellent the second day. Drank part of the bottle after letting it breathe for about an hour which really opened it up, but it was far better the second day. I didn't decant the wine - just left it in the bottle. The color is beautiful and dark, the nose superb with lots of dark fruit. Good with a prime NY strip the first night and really good with chicken parmesan the next day. I'll buy more if I see it offered.
