Wednesday, April 22, 2009 - Drank side-by-side with the Castle Rock Mendocino County. Of the two, I actually liked the nose and the fruit on the mid-palate of this one better. (The Meno Cnty was too sweet.) However, the finish was harsh/bitter which I did not like at all. Yes, this wine is cheap but it still is not worth it to me. My wife liked this one just fine (and preferred it to the Mendo Cnty.)
