Saturday, August 31, 2013 - Casual dinner at Home: Disgorged October 21, 2009. No formal notes. Youthful on both the nose and palate with nutty, yeasty and earthy notes along with creamy citrus and baked apples. Richness mousse and excellent acidity. Outstanding.
