Saturday, December 11, 2010 - Restaurant pour ... A very solid Cali Cab that meets all your Napa Valley expectations. Definitely not on par with a cult bottling, but very strong, with chewy tannins, rich, deep flavor and some welcome earthiness. Clearly, a very well-made wine. Tannins are there, but not in your face, and the entire offering sings with food.
