Friday, September 20, 2013 - Tart black cherry and blackberry, with earthy minerals. Some forest floor and roasted herb notes, but not really any Brett. Medium bodied with fine tannins and nice acidity. Structurally, I can see the comparisons to Burgundy, but I was reminded more of Chinon. Approachable now, but could use 5-7 years.
