Sunday, December 5, 2010 - Beautiful farmer fizz. Dark straw yellow. Nice nose of yeast and apple. Good mousse and bead. Drinking well. Low acid, but delicious balanced palate of yeast, earth and apple. More like a hardy white wine than champagne in flavor. Suggest drinking with food than as an aperitif.
