Saturday, December 31, 2022 - Pale gold color. Rich honeyed mangoes and butterscotch on the nose. Medium-light body, medium acid. Rich apples, white chocolate, meyer lemons and good acidity through the finish. Fine bubbles. Very good depth. Questionable value at current secondary market prices, but very enjoyable nonetheless.
