Sunday, February 8, 2015 - Consumed over 2 days, note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, blueberry, cranberry, black dirt, and pine needles. Palate: Medium-full bodied, ripe dark fruit attack, spice and black pepper driven mid-palate kick - good acidic presence, holds up very well thru the mid-palate and builds in intensity thru the back-end. Finish: Lengthy sense of spicy dark fruit, black pepper, and pine needles - drinking really nicely right now.
