Thursday, November 25, 2021 - This Pinot demonstrated good fruit qualities with the finesse that age brings. Enjoyed with a Thanksgiving dinner that included all of the traditional favorites and some beef tenderloin. Overall a very good showing and very drinkable. Definitely not old though we will likely enjoy our last bottle in the next several months.
