Friday, January 18, 2019 - Decanted with heavy sediment, this bottle has been laying down in my cellar since 2005. Simply delicious, plenty of old world flavors of leather, earth, truffles, tree bark, balanced by plum, cranberry, burnt orange. Obviously ready to drink, but I see no rush.
