Saturday, November 30, 2013 - last bottle. eye: bright yellow with some flashes of green, clear. nose: amazingly youthful. white peach, freshly cut apple, hint of quince, mineral. palate: mid weight, appelation-and-year-congruent structure and weight. touch of butter,18 Caudalie finish, stable. very enjoyable and just becoming relaxed in its drinking window. under very good cellar conditions this can go another 5 years. But why wait?
