last bottle. eye: bright yellow with some flashes of green, clear. nose: amazingly youthful. white peach, freshly cut apple, hint of quince, mineral. palate: mid weight, appelation-and-year-congruent structure and weight. touch of butter,18 Caudalie finish, stable. very enjoyable and just becoming relaxed in its drinking window. under very good cellar conditions this can go another 5 years. But why wait?

Golden colour with a little greenish tinge. Exciting bouquet of herbs (anise), apples and lots of minerality. The wine is medium bodied, good structured and has some creaminess under the acidic and mineralic backbone. Should hold for another 10 years.

1st night - Some light citrus fruit, finish has a sherry/ oxidized note. Wine a little subdued overall. Open for a couple hours. Didn't really develop. 2nd night - lemon/ citrus fruit more pronounced, slight minerality, slight honey on the finish. Not sure if this is not ready or just some some beginning stages of premox.

PnP for lunch - showed somewhat pedestrian during the lunch. Nicely balanced, no off flavors, but fairly anonymous and lacking excitement. A glass at dinner time was very nice though - a lot of minerality and creamy white fruits. Concentrated and precise. Wish I had more than a glass left at that point.

Lean and mineral with some caramel/butterscotch flair. Focused, food-friendly. A little light in body, lightly aromatic, pale in color.

Lemon, butterscotch, fig and honey. Medium body with good acidity. Well balanced and 30 second+ finish. Showing well but could use a few more years.

Not fully blown premox but not as it should be. Plenty of honeysuckle and a little nutty. Aromas and flavours are blunt.
