Thursday, March 21, 2013 - I vote this wine the rose I would strand myself on a desert island for (as long as I had some!). Wax capsule, cork extracted easily and was barely wet. Pale copper color. A little smoke with fruit aromas. Explosion of flavors, with a touch of acid-balanced sweetness. Medium viscosity, but extra nice unctuousness and a longish finish.
