Saturday, August 24, 2013 - Color is ruby, semi-transparent. Nose had more earthiness that two years ago. Mellowing out some from earlier in it's life, but still some tannin left. The acidity adds great balence to the merlot and cab in the blend. Very drinkable. Paired perfectly with sun-dried tomato/pepperoni/pesto pizza.

Sad this was my last bottle. :(
