Thursday, December 16, 2021 - At DT's. Really evolved colour and great legs. I was taken aback by how ripe this tasted for a less than stellar vintage. Lovely rich black and red fruits integrating beautifully with those classic tertiary notes of Beaucastel (a bit of Brett?). This really surprised me. Beautiful drinking now and will survive a few more years.
