Monday, January 16, 2023 - 90+ Wine Club, Chablis blind tasting (Monk restaurant): Brought to drink at Oinoscent during inventory day. Bottle opened and tasted about 1 hour later, no decant

The wine shows bright and clear character, ripe to overripe mango, tropical fruit, nectarine, apricot notes, a few petrol notes next to mastic (?) ones. There are also some nutty/hazelnut notes.
In the palate the wine follows the same flavor profile, ripe fruit, high acidity keeping the balance, lime/citrus jam, crunchy, quince tart texture, medium body, some warmth, long finish. Still tight and exotic. With time the wine grows even more. Beautiful
