Monday, March 4, 2013 - Medium to dark yellow-gold indicating evolution. Expressive and attractive nose with honey, kerozene, pineapple and citrus fruit. Med+ body with ripe fruit but nice freshness and balancing acidity. Medium aftertaste, which is the only reason it does not merrit an even higher score, but then it would have been a grand-cru. Fantastic pairing with an Asian-inspired veal with pineapple, ginger and various spices.
