Saturday, November 11, 2023 - Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): Brought to drink with the team, 45 minutes open and then tasted, no decant
The wine shows deep golden color
In the nose, the wine opens to overripe citrus and stone fruit notes, very spicy, thin nutty frame, some heavier floral notes
Palate shows the same flavor profile, high acidity, spicy again, overripe citrus, quince, nutty, full body, long persistent finish
Needs plenty of time to open up
