Tuesday, January 19, 2010 - Pale straw colored. Bright nose of cat pee, grapefruit, lime leaves, peach, asparagus. Medium body, pretty big attack. Racy, but creamy. Really a lot of acidity here. Seems to come and go, but oveall very satisfying.
