Sunday, January 18, 2015 - Pale/medium garnet core, pale garnet rim. Nose is open, aromatic, floral with pure black cherry and strawberry fruit wafting from the glass, vanilla, merest hint of game. Medium bodied on the palate, more red fruited than the nose with strawberries, vanilla, soft on the mid-palate, fresh acids, expands nicely on the very good length finish with a touch of savoury game. Excellent, continues to drink well.
