Sunday, July 3, 2022 - This is much better than the last bottle I had. It’s a little bit reductive initially but that blows off with a bit of air revealing lovely blueberry, kirsch, spice and licorice aromas with a lovely leafiness.
Fleshy and supple on the palate with earthiness, fresh minerality and zippy acidity.
Lovely.
