Sunday, January 14, 2024 - Compared to champagne, it’s darker, heavier, fruitier, less acidic, less bready. Is it fair to compare all sparklers to champagne? Baked yellow apple and not a lively mousse. Paired nicely with a spicy coconut fish dish.
