Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Gourmetklubbens femtiofjärde middag (Södermalm, Stockholm (P+A)): (Bottle from the early 1990s)
Golden yellow colour with a developed nose showing dark chocolate, butterscotch and red apples in a very pleasant way. Red apples acidity on the palate with a cream and butterscotch mid and a plums peels bitterness on the finish. This was showing very well in an evolved style with an integrated sweetness on the finish
(Still drinking very well with 30+ years of cellaring)
