Thursday, December 31, 2015 - Excellent.
Pale lemon colour. Fine bead. Citrus and biscuity nose. Lemon, biscuity, stone fruit and apples on palate. Toast and minerals. Finishes clean, dry, and long. Classic. Maybe pinot noir dominant.
December 2015, New Year's Eve.
