Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Decanted 90 minutes. Served with pasta and finished later in the evening. Burnt brown sugar, soy, tobacco, herbs on the nose. Keeps getting more pronounced as the bottle sits open. Black cherry, tobacco, chocolate and soy on the palate. Tannins are softening although still present are not all enveloping. Lovely, intellectual bottle.
