Thursday, March 5, 2009 - Lemon yellow colour with a hint of caramel. Oak and lemon on the nose with a hint of honey. Medium bodied with good acidity. Still quite a bit if alcohol heat. Lemon on the mid-palate with a nice oaky butter on the finish. Enjoyable. Still quite young.
