Wednesday, June 19, 2019 - Popped and decanted for ~1 hour.
Pale, light ruby with a slight hint of orange. Floral nose laced with strawberry and tea. Still really bright acid and strong minerality on the light+ body, with an undercurrent of earth throughout. Incredibly thin tannins. I want more!!
