Tuesday, June 28, 2011 - Very strong nose of grapefruit, maybe overwhelmingly... The flavors corresponded with the nose, lots of grapefruit, brandied cherries and a tad spicy and on the first day a bit bitter. After the second day, the bitterness left, but also all the flavors were a bit muted. Easier to drink and maybe a bit more enjoyable the second day. It definitely is a dark yet fruity wine.
