Saturday, March 20, 2010 - Clear limpid pale lemon gold. On the nose, citrus, pineapple and white stone fruit. A floral note too. On the palate, pronouced acidity but not searingly sharp, a touch of oak, ripe pear and pineapple. Perhaps a slight honey nuance on the follow through. Very nicely balanced and a long finish. For a generic Bourgoigne, this is very good indeed
