Wednesday, December 6, 2017 - Purchased directly on release. Made by the late, great, Anne-Claude Leflaive one of the greatest white wine makers in the world.

Light gold. 100% chardonnay but so pure and crisp. Mineral infused lemon, pear and even a hint of the more exotic… pineapple? Wonderful refreshing mouthfeel, ripe, balanced and refreshing. Good length showing the great purity of fruit. Delicious stuff and you will want more than one glass!

Enjoy with pan seared halibut with a lemon/caper crème fresh dressing.
