Wednesday, August 15, 2007 - What a lovely Pinot. Brill and I both immensely enjoyed this flagship from the Saintsbury brothers.
Nice nose of dried wood, dark red berries, cherries, and LEATHER.
Lovely balance. Excellent soft tannins tie this red's layers together.
First berries, then earth, then leather. Real interesting.
Definitely would recommend.
