Monday, January 24, 2011 - Fairly deep color, transparent with fading at the rim. The nose has deep cherry, oak, leather, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is medium bodied with a fairly weak concentration of flavor, but displaying good elegance and a freshening acidity. The finish is fairly short, and a bit thin.
