Thursday, November 26, 2015 - Aged 51 months on the lees, disgorged August 2013. Shiny salmon pink. Slightly reticend but pretty notes of small red berries, orange zest, citrus, some minerality/chalk, red cherries and a touch of pepper and brioche. It's medium+ bodied and creamy, with a small elegant mousse, medium-high acidity and a lot of freshness. Good length. A very pretty Rosé Champagne from this top-notch producer. I would probably give it another year in bottle or so.
Day 2: Showing a little more mellow and round, but very expressive.
