Tuesday, June 8, 2010 - Having had a very nice experience with the ‘regular’ 07 Fourchame, I was eager to give the VV version a spin from this producer. Texturally, this is a very light and agile wine, but packs a decent punch of citrus skin and a rich brothy profile, decent minerality, and cleansing finish. Upon reflection, a very good premier cru for sure, but I think I actually preferred the more nervy and tension of the regular Fourchame vs. this VV version.
