Friday, March 12, 2010 - Drank straight away from the bottle. In the first hour, it was all cabernet sauvignon. However, in the 2 hour, it showed itself as an australian shiraz....very interesting.....The wine was garnet/purple in colour.Medium, almost full bodied. Blueberries, blackcurrant, plum,tobacco, wet stone, french oak, white pepper and hint of coffee and herbal characters. Sweet tannin and a long finish. Very nice. Drink now -2015...
