Monday, March 16, 2015 - Correct but not intense color and a slightly closed but typical nose. This is a modest Bordeaux and with good acid balance, resolved but present tannins, and a slightly briary and tannic linger. Probably as good as it gets in terms of development, am adding the other bottle in the cellar to my Easter lunch list to go with lamb. It won't be the star of the day but a nice little chorus to an Opus One.
