Saturday, December 15, 2018 - Haut Medoc Birthday lunch (Bel & Brio, Barangaroo): Polished oak; caramel, vanilla, blackberry and currant fruit. Earthy leathery, sweet spice. Thick, dense and a little alcohol n the palate, plenty of oak juicy, similarly focussed fruit. Nice.
